that the Seahawks signed Seattle Sounders goalkeeper Kasey Keller to compete with Olindo Mare for field goal kicking duties,Tampa Bay Buccaneers Jersey.
The story was completely realistic looking ,including quotes from Keller about how he was excited to be on the team but that his first priority was with the Sounders. There were even photos of Keller taking practice field goals in Qwest Field.
Fortunately, I'm one of those people who actually reads the story all the way to the bottom where Farnsworth dropped the bomb that this was an April Fools joke. The Seahawks have done some odd things in the offseason and thus I was more apt to buy this nonsense hook, line and sinker. Had I not read the story to bottom,Tampa Bay Buccaneers Jerseys, the joke certainly would have been on me.
Morey agrees to multi-year deal
The Seahawks have signed special teams standout Sean Morey to a multi-year contract. Morey spent the previous three years with the Cardinals where he was named to the 2008 pro-bowl. He is also a wide receiver. Morey has also been named to Peter King's All-Decade Team for his work on special teams.
