In the weeks following the close of each junior college football player's2009 season he made a decision about whether to return to school and play his senior year or declare himselfeligible for the .
On Tuesday, the NFL announced the 53 players granted special eligibility because they met the three-year eligibility rule mandated by the league.
Every junior that met the requirements and wished to declare for the draft had to submit an application rejecting his remaining college eligibility by January 15.
The 53 players matched the 2008 total, the highest in ten years. All 53 are not true juniors. Some are red-shirt sophomores who have completed three years of college.
The 2010 draft's first round will be on Thursday, April 22 at 7:30 PM. The second and third rounds will continue on Friday, April 23 at 6:30 PM and the final four rounds will conclude on Saturday, April 24 at 10:00 AM.
Listed are the 53 players. Highlighted are projectedfirst-round players the Atlanta Falcons may target at the 19th or 20th selection.

Falcons Week 10 Preview- Tough Ravens defense poses test for Ryan, Falcons

Falcons Week 10 Preview: Tough Ravens defense poses test for Ryan, Falcons
What: at , Georgia Dome, Atlanta, GA
When: Thursday, November 11, 2010, 8:20 PM, Network (myATL, WATL 36 locally); Announcers – Bob Papa, Matt Millen Joe Theismann
The Wednesday Line: -1, Over/Under 44 (Open: Falcons -1, O/U 43)
Injury Report – Falcons: TE is out while he recovers from sports hernia surgery. LB (knee) did not practice this week and is listed as questionable. I’d be shocked to see him play.
WR and C both missed practice on Monday and Tuesday and were limited on Wednesday. They are listed as questionable.
WR (knee/ribs), LB (knee), RB (knee) and CB (hamstring) were limited this week in practice and are listed as probable for Thursday’s matchup against the .
Injury Report – Ravens: S (foot) did not practice with the club and is out on Thursday.
Other noteables: This is the first NFL Network Thursday night telecast this season. McClure will end a streak of playing in 163 consecutive games if he does not play on Thursday.
What you need to know: Atlanta improved to an NFL-best 6-2 after holding off the upstart by a 27-21 margin on Sunday at the Georgia Dome. However, the win came at a bit of a cost as both White and McClure missed a significant part of the game with knee injuries, putting their status in question for Thursday.
Baltimore is another one of those 6-2 teams. They are coming off of a 26-10 win over the struggling . Third-year QB connected on 20-of-27 passes for 266 yards and a pair of scores in the victory.
Both the Falcons and Ravens both had their bye weeks in Week 8, which may have softened the blow of forging out enough time to prepare for this Thursday night matchup,Aqib Talib Jerseys.
It will be a good day for Atlanta if: They can figure out a way to solve Baltimore’s top-ranked defense. Let’s face it. The two offenses are very, very similar in both total yards and distribution.
Each team has an elite-class runner ( vs. ) and a go-to receiver ( vs. White) and quarterbacks ( vs. Flacco) that are ranked 12th and 14th respectively in the QB ratings. Overall, the statistical edge does indeed go to the Falcons, who will bring the league’s fifth ranked offense into the Dome on Thursday. However, they are facing a stingy Ravens defense that ranks ninth in the league.
This one will come down to which unit can execute the game plan better. If Ryan can move the offense, if Turner can gain over 100 yards and if White plays and gets his customary 100 receiving yards, the Dirty Birds will make a game of it on Thursday. If not, it could be a long night at the Dome.
It will be a bad day for Atlanta if: The Atlanta defense looks like the 21st ranked defense in the league. The Falcons D has been a bit of an enigma this season. They’ve played well against the dregs of the league but struggled against the and to a lesser extent, the and the Buccaneers.
On Thursday, the Falcons are facing a more than capable offense that’s coupled with one of the best defenses in the league. Simply put: the Ravens are one of the best – if not the best – all-around teams in the NFL.
In order to beat the best, they must play like the best. Atlanta’s D must somehow be able to channel its Week 1 performance against the . Anything shorter than that and Baltimore will win this football game.
Prediction: The Ravens are a very good all-around football team that will create a number of matchup issues with the Falcons. Look for the Baltimore defense to make Ryan’s evening miserable and for Flacco and Boldin to pick apart a struggling Atlanta secondary.
At the end of the day, this one will be all about the Ravens, who will emerge from this battle of the birds as the best team in the NFL.
Baltimore 27, Atlanta 13

Early Bird Special- a season prediction

Early Bird Special: a season prediction,Vincent Jackson Jerseys
The crystal ball remains out of focus. The third preseason game has yet to be played; that s tonight, in Kansas City. But here s the one surefire prediction about the Philadelphia Eagles season at this early date: Kevin Kolb will not be the problem.
There are plenty of other reasons to believe the Eagles will be in the 8-8/9-7 range. But Kolb, in his first year as the starting quarterback, is not one of them. He can make all the throws. He is not overwhelmed by his surroundings, as someone I know fairly well wrote and The coaches believe in him, as do his teammates.
Kolb also has a splendid corps of receivers, led by DeSean Jackson, who figures to take another step forward this season, his third. Jeremy Maclin and Jason Avant are worthy complements, and Brent Celek has Pro Bowl ability at tight end.
And the defense has to be better than it was in 2009. That unit s coordinator, Sean McDermott, has another year under his belt. Stewart Bradley is back at middle linebacker, after missing all of last season with an ACL tear. Rookies Brandon Graham and Nate Allen have already cracked the starting lineup at defensive end and free safety, respectively. And Ernie Sims, the hyper-aggressive linebacker who came over from Detroit in a trade, figures to be a plus if he can keep his personal-foul total out of double figures.
Which brings us to the Achilles Heel that is the offensive line. Left guard Todd Herremans, the best of the bunch, was on target to play tonight, after missing all of training camp with a bad foot. Center Jamaal Jackson is still recovering from knee surgery, and his return is unknown; might not be until October. Nick Cole, a valuable sub, has been out for a while with a bad knee of his own.
So you have Jason Peters and Winston Justice at tackle -- and they re OK. Just OK. You have Herremans at guard. And then you have, at least for the time being, an untested Mike McGlynn at center, with underachieving Stacy Andrews at right guard.
The crystal ball shows this much -- lots of pressure from opponents up the A-gaps, until the Birds can solidify things inside. They need Jackson back at something close to peak efficiency; they really sagged when he went down late last year. They need to figure out what to do at right guard; if Andrews can t cut it, Cole might be the best alternative, if and when he s healthy.
The other concern beyond that is the schedule. It s a bear. It starts with Green Bay, a likely Super Bowl contender, and ends with this gauntlet -- at Dallas, at the Giants, Minnesota, Dallas. In between there is a home-and-home with the Donovan McNabb-led Redskins and visits by the Colts, as well as the up-and-coming Falcons and Texans. Not an easy thing.
So even at this early juncture, that s the best guess: 8-8 or 9-7. Though Kolb should be good, provided they can keep him in one piece.

Three linebackers Packers should consider in first round

Three linebackers Packers should consider in first round

Rookie Brad Jones was one of the many pleasant surprises on the Packers defense last season, but the team will need to address the outside linebacker position this offseason after Aaron Kampman left via free agency.
Jeremy Thompson s injury concerns make him a risky play next season and Brady Poppinga has failed to transform into the 3-4 outside linebacker the Packers were hoping he would be. Jones performed admirably in place of Kampman and easily outplayed his seventh round draft position, but he isn t the answer for the future.
2010 s outside linebacker class features three first round talents who could be available when the Packers go on the clock in the first round. Here s a breakdown of the three linebackers and why the Packers could improve their defense by selecting one of them.
Brandon Graham, 6-foot-2, 270 pounds
Graham isn t the freak athlete whose numbers will jump off the page, but his relentless attack of the passer and hard work ethic makes him one of the most desirable pass rushers in the class. His 40 yard dash was slow at 4.71 and some wonder whether or not he has the speed to rush from a two-point stance,Women's Tampa Bay Buccaneers Jerseys, but his technique is good enough for him to succeed at the next level.
He is a smart player who lets the game come to him, not making many mistakes and playing until the whistle. Against the run, Graham holds his position well and does not over-pursue from the weak side, rather staying at home and being at the right place at the right time.
The one question with Graham is the same one Kampman had: will he be able to play against the pass? He is able to hide his lack of athleticism when he rushes because of his bulk and high-end motor, but dropping back against the pass is a different story.
Because he played defensive end at Michigan, he rarely dropped back in coverage. The Jets failed on trying to switch Vernon Gholston from defensive end to outside linebacker, so it would be risky for the Packers to take Graham. At the same time, the upside is there with Graham as an outside linebacker.
He is expected to be taken in the first half of the first round, his average athleticism and lack of a true position could cause his stock to fall.
Sergio Kindle, 6-foot-2, 250 pounds
Kindle played defensive end in college but, at just 250 pounds, projects as an outside linebacker in the pros. He has experience rushing from a two-point stance during his time in Texas defensive scheme, so he has that going for him as 3-4 outside linebacker prospect.
Of the three first round prospects, Kindle has the most all-around talent and has no true liabilities in his game. He plays well against the run, uses a combination of speed and strength to get to the quarterback, and can cover against the pass as well.
If there was one knock on Kindle s game, it would be that he lacks the strength to compete at the line of scrimmage against the run. His technique while taking on blockers will need to improve against bigger tackles in the , but as a whole he gets the job done.
Character concerns have come up with Kindle as he was suspended for three games in 2007 after a DWI arrest and also fled the scene of a crash in June of 2009. Despite his mishaps, he is active in Texas community service program, visits patients at the Austin Children s Hospital, and seems to have righted his wrongs of the past.
As it is for Graham, Kindle s tweener label could cause him to drop in the draft, but the skills are there and he could be a great fit across from Clay Matthews.
Jerry Hughes, 6-foot-1, 255 pounds
Hughes has flown under the radar for the majority of the offseason, but he could end up being the best of the three linebackers. Last season Hughes led all of college football with 15 sacks, using a fantastic burst and quickness to get to the quarterback as a defensive end.
Hughes separates himself from the other two linebackers by his quick pass rushing ability. He doesn t play against the run as well and does not project to cover as well as a player like Kindle, but his pass rushing ability would make him a fierce bookend in the Packers 3-4 defense.
Despite being an excellent athlete, Hughes technique has been questioned and many wonder if he will make the transition to outside linebacker at the next level. At 255 pounds, most teams see him as an outside linebacker.
He has good strength and uses his long arms to gain separation when pass rushing, and his game speed is better than his 40-time (4.71) would suggest. He is the rawest of the three linebackers and will need to play smarter and learn to play under control, but the talent is there for Hughes to be a special player.

Dallas Cowboys WR Dez Bryant arrested for an alleged assault on his own mother

Dallas Cowboys WR Dez Bryant arrested for an alleged assault on his own mother
the 911 call was released that Angela Bryant made at a neighbors home...
I can't keep letting him do this, I can't keep letting him do me like this. I'm tired. I'm going to put an end to it today. I'm going to put an end to it today. I'm tired.
According to DeSoto police Bryant allegedly grabbed his mother by the wrist, slapped her across the face and pulled her hair during an argument Saturday. It was unclear what the argument was about. Bryant was released on $1,500 bond after turned himself into police on Monday night. And if you read into what Angala says in the tape, it isn't the first time—I can't keep letting him do this.
It is now perfectly clear that Bryant has a problem. There have been many reports in the past that he had already had problems. It looks like those reports are right.
Now going forward, as an organization, the Cowboys have now got a decision to make. Does Dez have value? If he does, what team in the will take a chance on a guy like Bryant? If there had been offers for Bryant before, are the Cowboys regretting not jumping that the opportunity to let him go?
Or as an organization, do you just release him to go on living his miserable messed up life. It isn't like there wasn't support for Bryant after his screw ups in the past. There have been many times fans people in the media want to love Dez. His kinship with ESPN 103.3 Ben and Skin Show is just one example.
All of his screw ups in the past only have involved him as a person and not as an athlete. We now stand here yet again to re-live what has been a rocky road since coming to Dallas. But this latest run in with the law, is one that is hard to swallow. This goes far beyond Bryant doesn’t know the playbook. You have to remember, and keep in your minds, it was his mother that blew the whistle on him,Josh Freeman Jersey. His mother was in fear because of his actions. I repeat, his mother.
The one that is to love you unconditionally. Imagine having to make that call as a mother. As a mother you are so scared of your own child you have to call 911. Now add on to it, your child, isn’t a child anymore. He is a grown man that allegedly assaulted you.
According to WFAA-TV (Channel 8), Bryant would only say after the arrest, “I’m good. I’m good.”
No Dez, you’re not. You are not “good”. You hit your mother. You laid hands on your mother, you physically assaulted your mother. You have to sit in a quiet room and let that sink though to your thick skull of yours. Again, you are not good. In fact you are the very definition of bad.
And something tells me (the misdemeanor charge), there wasn’t a gun in your face. Remember you were not in fear, your mother was, and you—and you only were the cause of that fear.
You have hit an all time low—the lowest of lows. You assault your mother. There just isn’t any excuse.

the Jets will have to put the rest of their attention on Laveranues Coles and Andre Caldwell. Coles

AFC Wild Card round: New York Jets vs,Mike Williams Jersey. Cincinnati Bengals preview
The on Saturday (4:30 EST) as the take on the at Paul Brown Stadium. Gang Green, winners of 5 of their last 6 games, are the fifth seed, while the Bengals are seeded fourth as they are the AFC North division champions. These two teams met last Sunday night, a 37-0 victory, but as everyone knows the playoffs are completely different story as they tend to bring out the best in every team. In terms of postseason experience Cincinnati lost to the Steelers on January 8, 2006 and last won in the playoffs on January 6, 1991. The Jets last appeared in the playoffs in January of 2007, losing to the New England Patriots, with their last postseason victory coming against the San Diego Chargers on January 8, 2005. Lets take a look at the keys to victory for the New York Jets on Saturday afternoon,Mike Williams Jerseys.
New York Jets Offense vs. Cincinnati Bengals Defense
1) Run to the hills At this point it is no secret that the Jets offense evolves around their running game. The Jets will look to control the line of scrimmage to pound the rock in order to set up the play action pass, in addition to taking pressure off of their rookie quarterback. The Bengals enter the game ranked 7th against the run and will prove to be much more physical than their Sunday night performance. Cincinnati rested several defensive starters on Sunday, and can be very stout against the run.2) Get the kid comfortable As with every rookie quarterback has experienced his fair share of growing pains in his first year in the . Sanchez is an emotional player and the Jets must get him acclimated into the game very early on. Whether it is quick slants or screens, the Jets must get him comfortable and over his jitters and excitement. The Jets should not wait until third and long to get him worked into the game.3) The Brad Smith factor Brad Smith is quickly becoming one of the Jets most explosive weapons on offense, featuring out of the tiger/wildcat formation. Smith is a threat to run the ball out of the option, or pitch it off to the running backs. The other dimension Smith could bring to the game is his ability to pass, as he was a prolific passer at Missouri. The Jets have yet to show that option, but it is the postseason so the Bengals will have to game plan for it.4) Keep the butter off of the fingers- It is crucial for the Jets wide receivers to make plays for their quarterback. Mark Sanchez will not be expected to throw much, but when he does the receivers have to make the plays count. Braylon Edwards has shown a propensity to drop a pass or two and this cannot happen in a big spot. Every yard counts in a playoff game, and the momentum can change in a heartbeat, especially on third down plays.5) Been there done that- In Shonn Greene and Mark Sanchez the Jets have two prominent rookies playing their first playoff game. Veteran leaders like Thomas Jones, Damien Woody, and Alan Faneca must work with these guys to keep them away from the hype of the game. The playoffs can be a rattling experience and the last thing the Jets can afford is rookie jitters.
New York Jets Defense vs. Cincinnati Bengals Offense
1) Shut down the run-As with the Jets, the Bengals offense is built around their running game led by Cedric Benson and Larry Johnson. Gang Green must control the line of scrimmage and force the Bengals to become one dimensional on offense. The Jets cannot endure lengthy drives as Cincinnati has battering ram style running backs that could wear you down as the game moves along.2) Put Palmer down- The Jets must get to quarterback Carson Palmer early and often. Gang Green cannot allow Palmer to get comfortable in the pocket, as once he gets in rhythm he could pick apart the defense. Carson lacks mobility so he is not much of a threat to run, therefore containment should not be much of an issue.3) Welcome to Revis Island- Chad Ochocinco vs. part II. Last week Revis completely shut down Ochocinco, but as always Chad had a litany of excuses for why this happened. It is crucial for Darrelle to shut down the Bengals loud mouth and force Palmer to look to secondary and third options. Ochocinco is an inspirational leader for the team and the fans, and taking him out of the game could have a domino effect on the entire team.4) Cover Coles and Caldwell- With Revis following Ochocinco all over the field, the Jets will have to put the rest of their attention on Laveranues Coles and Andre Caldwell. Coles, a former Jet, has been known to come up with big plays and you just know he is motivated to get back at his former team. Lito Sheppard and Dwight Lowery must be consistent in coverage and cannot allow any mental lapses.5) Follow the leaders-Now is the time for veteran leaders like Bart Scott and Shaun Ellis to take this defense to another level. The Jets will only go as far as their defense takes them, and the veteran leaders must bring out the best in their peers. Scott and Ellis must fire up this team and bring an unmatched level of intensity into the game.
Coaching
Rex Ryan has talked the talk all year long now it is time for him to walk the walk. Ryan must continue his aggressive ways and not fold under the playoff pressure. The Jets cannot afford repeated three and outs on offense, as over time this will wear down the defense. Rex must keep the intensity up and apply plenty of pressure on the Bengals in front of their home crowd. If the Jets can score early, it could steal some of the thunder not only out of the Bengals, but out of their crowd as well.
Prediction
Contrary to popular belief I think this is going to be a hard-fought, physical, close game. Both teams are going to try to win with defense and their running game. As long as Mark Sanchez stays away from the turnovers I think the Jets have a very good chance to win the game. With that being said I think Sanchez does his thing and the Jets defense rides it out. Jets 17-14

Rookie quarterback John Skelton

Broncos blown out in Arizona in Studesville’s debut
The Cardinals (4-9) snapped a seven-game losing streak against Denver thanks in no small part to their kicker.
was personally responsible for the first 22 Cardinals points as he kicked five field goals and ran a faked field goal in for a touchdown in the second quarter.
After Feely’s fifth field goal on the first play of the fourth quarter, CBS flashed the score as Jay Feely 22, Denver 3.
Tim Hightower would get the Cardinals’ offense on the board midway through the fourth quarter with a pair of touchdowns runs to ice the game.
Hightower rushed for a game-high 148 yards on 18 carries, including a 35-yard touchdown scamper.
Arizona rookie Daryl Washington finished the onslaught, intercepting Orton and returning it 40 yards for the game’s final touchdown.
Rookie quarterback John Skelton, a fifth-round pick out of Fordham, made his first start for the Cardinals and while his numbers weren't stellar, he didn't make any big mistakes. He completed 15 of 37 passes for 146 for a rating of 52.3, but was not sacked and did not throw an interception.
The loss may have been the most disappointing for Denver (3-10) as this looked to be the most winnable game left on the schedule and the effort of some of the players was in question.
“We’ll have to look at the film and see if everyone gave it all they had. There are some question marks, I will say that," linebacker Mario Haggan told the Denver Post.
Studesville was attempting to be the third interim head coach this season to win their opening game,Ronde Barber Jersey. Jason Garrett of the Dallas Cowboys and Leslie Frazier had done so earlier in the season and were a combined 5-1 headed into this week’s games.
It now seems the only question remaining for this Broncos team is if rookie will get a shot to start at quarterback. Tebow did not see action in this game, despite Orton appearing to be banged up on the sidelines and the game being out of hand in the fourth quarter.
“We did not feel like Kyle was in a position that we needed to do that,” Studesville said.
Running back Knowshon Moreno was a bright spot, rushing for 81 yards on 19 carries and a touchdown. He has now rushed for 462 yards in the past five games after rushing for just 252 yards in his first five games of the season.
Rookie cornerback , did not start, but saw action, finishing with three tackles and two passes defended.
Kicker Steve Hauschka, who was signed on Saturday to replace an injured Matt Prater,Youth Tampa Bay Buccaneers Jersey, was 2 for 3 on field goals, connecting from 30 and 32 yards and missing from 40.

two forced fumbles

NFL Draft: Top Five Outside Linebackers The Dolphins Will Target
With Joey Porter and Jason Taylor no longer with the team, the Miami Dolphins are in serious need of pass rushers.

Porter and Taylor were first and second on the Dolphins in sacks last season with nine and seven respectively. Those numbers are underwhelming, but there's more to be concerned with.

Cameron Wake led all other linebackers with five sacks in 2009, but he has just one season under his belt; everyone beyond him is a career backup.

What's surprising was the fact that the Dolphins still managed 44 sacks on the year; good enough to tie for third in the league. That suggests just how much a legitimate pass-rushing threat would thrive on this defense.

With a lot of options available in the Draft, there are a few names Miami should have their eye on early. All of these guys will be off the board by the end or round three, but most of them will be gone well before then.

This list marks five best players that should be available that fit the mold of size, speed, strength, and athleticism needed to transition to outside linebacker in a 3-4 scheme.

(Jason Pierre Paul of South Florida has been excluded because he's practically a lock to go in the top five and won't be on the board when the Dolphins pick at No. 12)

Thaddeus Gibson, Ohio State: Projected: late second round / early third round

Thaddeus Gibson is extremely athletic and improved his stock with an impressive showing at the Combine. Although his 4.7 seconds 40 time was on the slow side, he excelled in all the defensive drills.
There's little doubt he can convert to outside linebacker in the NFL. At 6'2" 245 lbs, he has the size and strength to get it done. Gibson moves well in space and has solid closing speed.

In 2009 he was Second-Team All-Big Ten with 45 tackles, four sacks, two forced fumbles, and one interception.

He needs to bulk up a bit, but the guy is a workout warrior and it shouldn't be a problem to add some weight to his frame.

Gibson is a converted defensive end, so he's capable of playing upright or with a hand in the dirt. He's a natural pass rusher, but also a solid special-teamer.

He'll find a way onto the field next season, even if it takes him a little time to develop as an every down backer.
Sean Weatherspoon, Missouri: Projected: late first round / early second round

Sean Weatherspoon has an elite build for an NFL linebacker. He's strong and has excellent top-end speed.

Based on his solid showing at the Combine, he's displayed the ability to excel at pretty much an linebacker position depending on the scheme.

He's a leader on and off the field, a tough-nosed athlete who will play through pain and won't accept any less from his teammates; in 2008 he played through the spring with a torn shoulder.

Weatherspoon is a tackling machine, registering 376 tackles in his last three seasons. In 2009 he had 103 tackles and four sacks. He is best against the run, but has the athleticism and strength to be groomed in true pass-rusher.

The Dolphins are supposedly very high on the 22-year-old and may target him with the 43rd pick if he's still on the board; which would require him to slip a bit.

Segio Kindle, Texas: Projected: late first round

Sergio Kindle has been linked to the Dolphins a lot as of late and the team will undoubtedly take a closer look at him closer to the Draft.

At 6'4" 236 lbs, he may be a bit undersized to handle offensive tackles in the NFL, but he's quick and very strong for his size. More than anyone else on this list, he'll need to bulk up or the transition to a 3-4 pass-rusher will be a long a difficult one.

Kindle is a natural athlete though, so it wouldn't be surprising to see it happen. He was a high school running back who made First-Team All-Texas for both offense and defense.
In short, he's extremely versatile.

In 2008 and 2009 Kindle combined for 101 tackles and 16 sacks.

He may be better suited for a 4-3 scheme and it would be a reach for the Dolphins to select him at No. 12; he won't be around by round two so it seems unlikely he'll find a home in Miami.

He has the talent to be something special though, and could be an option if the team trades down in round one.

Brandon Graham, Michigan: Projection: mid-first round

Brandon Graham is rated by many as the top pure outside linebacker in the Draft and one of the best pass-rushers available.

Unlike some other options that have spent a lot of time at defensive end and will need time to transition, Graham is ready to step onto the field as a 3-4 outside linebacker on day one.

At 6'1" 263 lbs, he's big enough to play as a defensive end in a 4-3 or take a large number of snaps with his hand in the dirt in pass-rushing situations.

He meets the prototypical size and strength requirements for an outside linebacker and won't have problems with the bigger and tougher offensive tackles on the next level.

Graham for some reason or the other, has been one of the less heralded members of the 2010 Draft class even though he's likely to go anywhere for 12-25; he won't last longer than that.

He has 28 sacks over the last three seasons, and nearly doubled his tackle totals every year. He'll need to show improvement in pass coverage, but the guy is ready to step in immediately as a sack machine.

Think of him as a serious option later in round one in the event the Dolphins trade out of the 12th pick.

Derrick Morgan, Georgia Tech: Projected: Top 15

Derrick Morgan will be the Dolphins first choice at outside linebacker if they decide to go that route in round one.

He joins defensive tackle Dan Williams of Tennessee, inside linebacker Rolando McClain of Alabama, wide receiver Dez Bryant of Oklahoma State, and Earl Thomas of Texas as a member of the big five.

These are the five players most likely to be selected by Miami at No. 12, assuming of course that they don't trade down. All of these players are potential studs right out of the gate and all of them, with the exception of McClain, address a serious need.

Morgan is the ideal Bill Parcells player. He's intelligent,Tampa Bay Buccaneers Jerseys, hardworking, of good character, isn't hampered by injury, mature, and a born leader. That isn't everything to this Dolphins regime, but when you're investing this much in a player it goes a long way.

Jake Long's background was a huge reason Miami selected him with the first overall pick in 2008. Morgan is of the same character mold,Tampa Bay Buccaneers Jersey.

In 2009 he recorded 52 tackles, 12 sacks, and two forced fumbles. At 6'4" 268 lbs, Morgan is a beast as a pass-rusher.

He may just end up being the selection at No. 12.

Fortunately

Seahawks Digest
that the Seahawks signed Seattle Sounders goalkeeper Kasey Keller to compete with Olindo Mare for field goal kicking duties,Tampa Bay Buccaneers Jersey.
The story was completely realistic looking ,including quotes from Keller about how he was excited to be on the team but that his first priority was with the Sounders. There were even photos of Keller taking practice field goals in Qwest Field.
Fortunately, I'm one of those people who actually reads the story all the way to the bottom where Farnsworth dropped the bomb that this was an April Fools joke. The Seahawks have done some odd things in the offseason and thus I was more apt to buy this nonsense hook, line and sinker. Had I not read the story to bottom,Tampa Bay Buccaneers Jerseys, the joke certainly would have been on me.
Morey agrees to multi-year deal
The Seahawks have signed special teams standout Sean Morey to a multi-year contract. Morey spent the previous three years with the Cardinals where he was named to the 2008 pro-bowl. He is also a wide receiver. Morey has also been named to Peter King's All-Decade Team for his work on special teams.

Does your child want to be around animals

10 Ways for Single Parents to Create NEW Dreams with Your Child by Laura C. Ries
Are you stuck in a rut? As a single parent this is very easy to do. There is so many things that need to get done, there never seems to be time for fun, much less time to create the life you've always wanted for you and your child. Here are 10 ways to get you started on the path to having that life.
1,Tampa Bay Buccaneers Jersey. Picture it!
Make a collage of images that represent what you want in your life. Make this a family project,Tampa Bay Buccaneers Jerseys. have your child make one, too. Talk about what is on each of your collages
2. Frame it
Get frames for the collages and hang them up in your bedrooms so you can see them every day.
3. Be Aware
Be open as well as search for opportunities to do what is on your collage. They are out there if you pay attention and act on them.
4. Little Reminders
Buy paper sacks and pack lunches. Draw little designs on the bag. Put a note of encouragement in your child's. Even put one in yours. Get into the habit of pointing out the good.
5. Talk about it
Ask your child what he would like to do/have. Allow him to express opinions and preferences. Ask him when deciding on what to eat, what to wear, even where to live. You get to know him better and he begins to learn how to make his dreams come true. Even if some don't work out like you planned, you can always create new ones. You are empowering your child.
6. Childhood Memories List
Make a list of things to do before your child grows up. How about flying a kite in the spring? Spend a rainy afternoon making paper hats or paper boats.
7. Small pet
What about a pet? Does your child want to be around animals? You could start out with something small like a hermit crab or a fish. Help your child decide by going to the library and getting books on the pets you think you might like to have.
8. Revisit Your Childhood Memories.
What childhood memories are your favorite? Share them with your child and do them. Did you ever make butter from cream? Did you know you don't need a churn to make butter? You could put cream in a jar and shake it until your arm gets tired. Then shake it some more.
9. Try Something New Be open to trying things that aren't on your list. I read about bubble tea in the paper and thought that sounded interesting. So I made plans to take the kids to try it. It was interesting and we talked a lot about the experience. And we now look forward to when we can go again.
10. Celebrate
One of the best parts of accomplishing something is to celebrate. This can be as simple as dancing around the house or ringing a bell. Or for some of the bigger victories, you can plan a party or treat yourself in some way.
This is your life. You get to create it. What are you choosing?

6. Accept help

How To Survive As A Working Parent
Basic Tips
1. Communicate with your babysitter, nannies or au pair, mother's help to keep up-to–date.
Make as much time as possible to talk to your child care provider. If you can keep the lines of communication open beyond the rush, you'll have a much better feeling about your child's development and well being.
2. Don't get wound up by small issues.
If your child only wants to eat burgers every day, let him eat them. He will outgrow this phase. Providing the child is not harming itself (getting over-weight etc.) or someone else by the behaviour just let it go.
3. Be flexible and open to new ideas and options
If you have an early morning meeting and it takes your child an hour to decide what to wear in the morning, consider letting them sleep in their clothes. They will think it's fun and you'll be at work on time.
4. Be honest and up front with your child about going to work and leaving them with the babysitter, nannies or au pair, mother's help
Explain that you have to work, encourage the child to ask questions of the carer. Be enthusiastic about the carer as your attitude will shape your child's expectations and experiences. Remember research proves that children benefit from trusting relationships with more than one caregiver. The research has shown that babies with more than one attachment are less distressed when mother leaves for work, they are more playful and content in the presence of other adults, and are less distracted at the birth of a sibling.
5. Don't panic or feel guilty when your child cries when you leave Young children don't understand what "I'll be back later" means. As your child grows older, she will begin to understand that you'll return for her at the end of the day. With older children, reassure them that you'll return. Never sneak away. You're trying to build your child's trust, not break it down. Remember that childcare can be great for your child, as your child will benefit from personal attention, interactions with other children and age-appropriate educational programs that will be great preparation for school. Research shows that children who receive good quality childcare tend to be ahead of other children both intellectually and developmentally. Research also shows that children in childcare show the same degree of attachment to their mothers and the same amount of security as children with mothers who stay home. Remember if working makes you happy, you're children will be happier. Working mothers who like their jobs have better personal adjustments, are happier, and are less depressed than full-time mothers, even those who prefer being at home. Depressed mothers naturally have depressing effects on their children,Tampa Bay Buccaneers Jersey.
6. Accept help
When your relative or neighbour offers to baby-sit the children or pick them up from school or childcare, let them. They wouldn't offer if they didn't mean it.
7. Keep duplicates of "vital stuff"
Extra blankets, nappies, clothes, and dummies will come in handy in a panic.
8. Get organized
Plan ahead, menus for the week so you can cook extra so there are leftovers, pack the baby's bag the night before. Generally working parents are organised. For example, working mothers spend the same amount of time in direct interaction with their children as full-time mothers. Employed mothers spend as much time reading to and playing with their children as those at home, although they do not spend as much time simply in the same room.
9. Abandon the idea of the perfect home
Perfectly clean house, nutritionally balanced meals, clean well-dressed children, and a fantastic career is an impossible standard that will cause you unnecessary strain. Give yourself a break and concentrate on what's important. Get in a cleaner, mother's help to help you with the laundry, house-cleaning, and household work. It will be money well spent. Fast food and ready meals are not poisonous.
10. Occasionally pamper yourself with me time
Consider lighting some candles or josh sticks, put in some bath oil and grab your favourite magazine. As most kids hate the bathroom you should be undisturbed.
11. Plan time without the kids.
Eat some chocolates, read the newspaper or a book, go to a movie, visit a new restaurant,Tampa Bay Buccaneers Jerseys, or go to a museum and relieve some stress. Escape.
12. Go on a course.
There are many courses to assist with everything from cookery, through home economics to child psychology
How To Choose Quality Child Care
1. Is the carer trained and/or experienced?
2. Have you spoken in person or got reports on at least one (preferably two) parents who've used the carer and said good things about her or him?
3. Does the carer respond to your child as an individual and communicate well with you? Are you and your child happy and appreciated?
4. Is she or he willing to help you continue your child's routine with things such as sleep, food or any special needs?
5. Is she willing to fit in with your ideas on discipline, toilet teaching, sweets and other issues?
6. Does she or he obviously like children and enjoy caring for them?

What is Right For Your Child

Crib or Bassinet? What is Right For Your Child?
So here's the question... Should you buy a crib or a bassinet?
The decision to use a crib or a bassinet is one that many parents often wrestle with. Each one has its advantages and disadvantages. A bassinet is great for a newborn baby because it is a small area, which helps the infant to feel more secure. The frilly bedding also helps to make the infant look that much more precious,Tampa Bay Buccaneers Jerseys. There are many different designs of bassinets, just as there are with cribs. The main feature that parents like about using a bassinet for the first few months is that they can have it right next to the bedside. Most of the newer models have rocking motion that you can use if you want. The bassinet doesn't rock a lot so there is no danger of it tipping over and when you lock the wheels in place, it won' rock at all.
A crib needs a larger space, so most parents have to have the nursery done. This means that you probably won't be able to keep the baby in the same room with you. During the night when the baby wakes, you'll have to get up and go out to get the infant for feeding and changing. Also a crib is much larger, so the little infant will look so very tiny lying there.
A bassinet is portable. The base has wheels so you can roll it from one room to another. A crib is much harder to move, so during the day you will still need to have a smaller bed for the baby in the living room or den. Plus, the sleeping basket comes out of the bassinet so you can take the baby's bed with you when you travel.
However,Tampa Bay Buccaneers Jersey, a bassinet is only good for a few months. Once the baby gets old enough to start getting up on its hands and knees, then you need to transfer him/her to a crib to sleep. The side of a bassinet are really low and once the baby starts growing, there is the danger he/she might fall out over the sides. Whether you decide to go with a bassinet, you will need to buy a crib after a few months anyway. However, if you have a bassinet that converts to a change table, this is one piece of baby furniture you won't have to buy. The storage area under the bassinet is also a great place for keeping all the supplies you need.
